Overview
Earth-free high-voltage source with center tap, continually adjustable or controllable via an external voltage, for electrostatic experiments, Wulf electroscope, experiments on radioactivity, as well as operation of spectral tubes, gas discharge tubes and field-emission microscope. With built-in high-voltage proof transformer for tapping a heating voltage (6.3 V/2 A) for electron tubes. The integrated 2 ½ digit instrument permits display of the voltage present at any of the output sockets. Passive current limiting ensures that no dangerous contact voltages can occur.
